Why this works better at home

A manicure-pedicure at a salon parks you in a public chair for the better part of an hour. At home the same hour happens on your sofa — with your series on, your coffee in reach and nobody waiting for the chair.

The time is the real argument. Hands and feet are the appointments people postpone longest, not because they take skill to arrange but because they take a block of a day: the drive, the wait, the sitting still, the drive back. Take the travel out and what is left is the part you actually booked.

Body grooming is the same story with extra privacy: chest and back trimming are simply easier to book when the room is your own.

Men book this as often as women

The menu is unisex and a large share of these bookings are men — usually alongside a cut or beard appointment rather than on their own. Trimmed, filed nails and tidy feet are ordinary grooming, and booking them at home removes the part most men give as the reason for not bothering, which is sitting in a nail salon.

Chest and back trimming sit in the same category. They are quick, they are routine, and they are far easier to arrange in your own bathroom than anywhere else.

What the visit needs from you

Very little. A power socket, somewhere to sit comfortably, and access to water. The stylist brings the tools, the products and protective covering, works over mats, and takes everything away afterwards — no bowls to fill, nothing to clean up.

A sofa, an armchair or a hotel-room desk chair all work. There is no need to clear a room or set anything up before the stylist arrives.

Booking it with everything else

Hands and feet are the easiest services to stack onto another appointment, because the setup is already there. Common combinations are a manicure and pedicure together, or one person having nails done while another has a cut, in the same visit.

If more than one person is booking, or you want several services in one sitting, list them when you message so the appointment is long enough to do each one properly rather than rushing the last.

Can two people be served in one visit?

Yes — for example one manicure-pedicure and one haircut back to back. Mention it on WhatsApp when booking.

What surfaces do you work on?

The stylist brings everything needed and sets up over protective mats — sofa, chair or hotel-room desk all work.

Do I need to prepare anything before the stylist arrives?

How long should I allow?

A manicure and a pedicure booked together take noticeably longer than either on its own, so it is worth booking when you are not rushing out. Tell us what you want when you message and we will confirm how long to set aside.

Do you come to hotels and offices?

Yes — home, hotel room or office, anywhere in Dubai, daily 09:00 to 22:00. For an office booking there needs to be somewhere private to sit.

Which parts of Dubai do you cover?

All of it, at the same rate. Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills, Business Bay and Arabian Ranches have their own pages, but the service area is the whole city.
