Al Barsha has plenty of salons. What it has more of is congestion — the roads around Mall of the Emirates on a Thursday evening, the hunt for parking, the ten minutes of walking after you find it. A haircut that takes forty minutes routinely costs two hours door to door.

Booking at home removes the whole journey rather than shortening it. The stylist absorbs the traffic instead of you, and the appointment starts when you open the door.

Households that book together

Al Barsha is family territory, and family bookings are what we run most here — a father and two sons in one visit, or a mother booking colour while the children get their cuts. Consecutive appointments in one setup are far quicker than four separate salon trips, and nobody has to sit in a waiting area.

Apartments and villas, both fine

Al Barsha 1 and 2 are largely apartment buildings; Al Barsha 3 and South run more to villas and compounds. Neither is a problem. In an apartment the stylist works in whatever space has a socket and a hard floor — often the kitchen or a hallway. In a villa there is usually more room and a utility sink, which makes colour work simpler.

If your building registers visitors, tell us when you book and we will send the stylist's name in advance so nobody is waiting downstairs.

Which parts of Al Barsha do you cover?

Al Barsha 1, 2 and 3 and Al Barsha South, including the compounds behind Mall of the Emirates and the Tecom-side streets. Send your location on WhatsApp if you are not sure.

Can several family members book one visit?

Yes, and it is the most common Al Barsha booking. Once the stylist is set up each extra person adds much less time. Say how many people and which services when you message.

Do you come to apartments as well as villas?

Both. An apartment needs nothing more than a socket and a hard floor area. Villas usually have a utility sink, which makes colour and keratin appointments easier, but neither is required.

My building requires visitors to be registered. Does that work?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will give you the stylist's name and number to register with security beforehand.

How late are appointments?

Until 22:00 every day. Evening slots are the busiest in Al Barsha, so book those a little further ahead.
