Frond villas sit behind a gate and Shoreline buildings register visitors, so access is the one thing worth sorting before the appointment rather than at the barrier. Tell us when you book and we will provide the stylist's name and number for security in advance.
Hotel suites along the Crescent work the same way — send the hotel, the room and any visitor requirement reception has, and the stylist will arrive registered and on time.

- How does security access work?
- Send us your booking and we will give you the stylist's name and number to register with your gate or building security. That way nobody is waiting at the barrier when the appointment should be starting.
- Can you visit a hotel suite on the Crescent?
- Yes. Send the hotel and room number with the booking, and let us know if reception needs the visitor named in advance.
- Do you do ladies salon services on the Palm?
- Yes, and privacy is the main reason people book them here. Cutting, blow-dry, colour, keratin, facials, threading, waxing and nails are all done in your own villa, apartment or suite.
- Can I book a stylist for a guest staying with me?
- Yes, that is a normal booking. Give us the address, the time and the services, and tell us the name of the person the visit is for.
